Oberhausen Hauptbahnhof is well connected by long-distance and regional rail. From Düsseldorf ~20 min · Cologne ~45 min · Essen ~15 min.
The festival venue is a three minute walk from Oberhausen Hauptbahnhof.
Accommodation
We recommend booking early - the festival weekend fills up quickly. Options in Oberhausen range from budget to comfortable, and Essen (15 min away) offers a wider selection.
Tip: Book for Thursday night if you are joining the Welcome Night and / or the Static Ruhr Tour 2026.
