Where It All Began
To understand why this booking means the world to me, we have to go back to November 2007. Long before the Static Roots Festival existed, we started a series of intimate house concerts at the Raumfahrtzentrum Saarner Kuppe. The very first artist to ever play in our living room? You guessed it: Leeroy Stagger.
Nine years later, when we launched the inaugural Static Roots Festival in 2016, Leeroy was right there with us on the lineup, helping us chase the shiver on a much bigger stage. Having him return for our 10th Anniversary in 2026 is the ultimate full-circle moment. It is a testament to enduring friendships and the lasting power of roots music.
