Follow our Spotify channel to keep up to date with Static Roots Festival's Americana music playlists. We're constantly adding songs that touch us, make us sing along, make us want to jump for joy.

Some people claim that playlists are the new album. We don't think we are there yet but it's a great way to promote new music. Whenever we add new songs to our "songs that got us through the year" Spotify playlists, we explain in this blog why we think it's some great music. We'll feature each song with the corresponding YouTube video so you don't need to have a Spotify account.

And let's make it clear: Spotify isn't the musicians best friend when it comes to royalties and paying the musician. We use Spotify anyway and PURCHASE the music we love on other channels, preferrably on bandcamp.
